Fyteko strengthens LATAM presence at the 5° Biostimulants Latam & Redagricola Biocontrol Congress

Fyteko was proudly represented by Valentina BISCONTI, our Account Representative for LATAM, at the 5th LATAM Biostimulant Congress in Santiago, Chile, held on August 27–28, 2025. Organized by Red Agrícola, the event was a key opportunity to connect with partners and prospects across Latin America.

With over 40 expert speakers, the congress showcased the region’s growing technical expertise in biostimulants. Valentina contributed to the program with a presentation titled Signal Molecules – A New Generation of Biostimulants, highlighting Fyteko’s leadership in second-generation biostimulant solutions.

The event enabled her to engage with specialists and clients from Chile, Peru, Mexico, and Argentina, aligning strategies and accelerating Fyteko’s expansion in the region.

Key insights included:

• A compelling lecture by Professor Prometeo Sánchez on single molecule biostimulants, emphasizing the shift from complex mixtures to targeted active ingredients. This evolution directly addresses abiotic stress challenges—such as drought and heat—where Fyteko is at the forefront.

• A market overview by Manel Cervera (Dunham Trimmer) revealed Latin America as the fastest-growing biostimulant market globally, with Brazil standing out as a key player.

As part of our expansion strategy, Valentina also took the opportunity to visit Brazil to explore growth opportunities in this strategic and fast-developing market.
